About

Kevin is the clinical lead for space medicine at CASE. He has worked with NASA’s Human Adaptation and Countermeasures Officer (HACO) at Johnson Space Center in Houston, during which time he investigated the effects of long duration space flight on the human body and took part in their Artificial Gravity Pilot Study.

He was one of the Wellcome Trust’s inaugural Public Engagement Fellows and during this fellowship he developed skills as a BBC broadcaster, journalist and author and published his first book “Extremes: Life, Death and the Limits of the Human Body.”
